Northwest Llama Supplement Plus is a source of protein, vitamins and minerals that is specially formulated to provide the nutrients missing from forages and hay grown in the Pacific Northwest. It is especially beneficial for the nursing llama and her cria.

Northwest Llama Supplement Plus provides all the essential minerals and vitamins required for excellent llama health.

Northwest Llama Supplement Plus IS NOT an energy supplement and will not contribute to obesity. Only sufficient grains and hay are used to ensure llamas will find it palatable.

Pregnant Llamas

Special attention is needed for pregnant llamas in their last trimester of gestation, during heavy milk production and on through the time the cria is weaned.

Weanlings

Until 85-90% of the mature weight is reached, typically within a year, mineral and vitamin fortification is essential even when consuming preferred llama hays and good llama pasture.

Adult & Non-Producing Llamas

This class of llama requires continued supplementation for maintenance and optimum health.

DIRECTIONS FOR FEEDING

Measure included in bag.
1 cup –Lactating llama and her cria per pair.
3⁄4 cup – Last trimester of gestation, weanling until 24 months.
1⁄2 cup –All other llamas regardless of sex, size or age.
Older llamas need 1 1⁄2 times above quantity.
No other supplement should be fed.
